The recently developed property has three stylish bedrooms, each can be prepared as either twins or doubles. The default setup for the property is 2 doubles (super-king beds) and 1 twin (2 x singles). If you require anything different, please advise upon booking or prior to check-in.

An additional bed is made available in the living room sofa-bed, meaning the property can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The property has a living and dining space, with an additional basement room that has been converted into a small cinema style hideaway.

There is a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need in order to store and prepare food and drink during your stay.

There is a luxury bath and shower room, on the second floor and an additional bath and shower in the basement. Toiletries and towels are supplied.

There is a long, pleasant garden space at the rear which has a patio and outdoor furniture to create a relaxing and peaceful experience.

The property has on street parking, however this has permit only restrictions between 8.00am & 6.30pm Monday – Saturday. There are parking options available nearby.

CitiPark, Exchange Road, Watford, WD18 0PL – is less than 5 minutes walking distance.
