This lovely three-bedroom house in a quiet residential area in Anfield is perfect for families, travellers or contractors. It is in a quiet residential area close to the city centre and transport links. The fully renovated property has all modern amenities and is near the famous Anfield Football Stadium. The property is close to a park, so you can enjoy a day out with the kids and then come back to enjoy a nice dinner cooked by you in the kitchen.

The three bedrooms are all equally spacious and contain a comfy double bed. The first bedroom comes with a smart TV and the second and third bedrooms come with a 32-inch TV.

The kitchen is an effortlessly-styled space equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, an oven hob, a kettle and a toaster. The living/dining room has a 43-inch smart tv, two sofas, a coffee table, and a folding dining table with four chairs. The utility room has a washer, dryer and vacuum cleaner.

Dominion House is a beautiful and fully renovated residential area close to Anfield Football Stadium, the city centre and many attractions. It’s an excellent location for exploring the city and has plenty of amenities nearby, including restaurants, bars, cafes and takeaways. You’ll also find Stanley Park and Garden, Newsham Park and Garden, Wavertree Botanic Gardens, Williamson Tunnels Heritage Centre, Everton Park and Liverpool Fan L.C Anfield nearby. Edge Hill and Liverpool Lime Street stations are just a short distance away. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, including the Premier Inn Liverpool (West Derby) hotel, Farmers Arms Hotel, Homebaked Bakery, Papa Johns Pizza and The Boot Room Sports Cafe. There are also plenty of takeaway options, including Nabzys – Anfield, Subway, Jasmine’s Restaurant and Takeaway.

We have one, actively recording (Ring) camera overlooking the front courtyard which records video and audio. There is also a smart device (minut) in the entrance hallway that actively records noise decibel levels and monitors temperature, motion, and humidity. This smart device does not record audio or video. We have a smart thermostat (tado) in the entrance hallway and it monitors temperature and humidity and controls the boiler.

If the number of guests (including infants) staying in the property exceeds the number of guests listed in the booking details, an additional fee of £100 per guest per night will be charged to the guest. This fee is intended to encourage guests to accurately book the property with the correct number of guests.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including the front patio areas. Guests are expected to comply with this rule, and any evidence of smoking in the property, such as cigarette butts found in the front area, or anywhere in the property, will incur a fee of £199. This fee is intended to encourage guests to refrain from smoking on the property and to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests.

If guests find any linen, including towels and bed linens, to be dirty or stained, they should report it immediately to the host with a clear image of the issue. If any linen is found to be stained or coloured after check-out, the guest will be charged a linen replacement fee of £25 per single piece of linen. This fee is intended to encourage guests to use the linen more responsibly and to help us maintain the quality and cleanliness of the linen for all guests.
